Dark Roast TieguanyinChina, Anxi Oolong Tea

Powdery tannic scent typical of dark-roasted oolongs. Rolled up leaf in various shades of brown. Brews yellow-green with a nuanced floral aroma. This is not over-roasted. The wet leaf is dark green and expands significantly as oolongs do. There's the familiar pleasant acidic "bite" characteristic of dark-roasted oolongs. Lovely tea.
