Tasting notes
Grand Cru 2011. 100% chardonnay from lieu-dit Les Hautes Mottes. Disgorged October 10 2019, zero dosage. Beautiful crisp label with blue intaglio lions and raised lettering. Beautiful fat cork. This is ridiculously tasty. Instantly and unquestionably delicious. It wasn't in any books, it's 2011, and I nearly skipped it.
Can't detect anything wrong with it. Regret not buying more. Purchased at Hazel's in autumn 2020 for $45. ⭐⭐⭐
