Pre-Chingming Golden BlackChina, Black Tea

Wiry medium-large leaf with very pretty brown and ocher tips. Abundant scent with notes of sour cocoa nibs and wine. Vivid fuzzy infusion with little sediment. Tasting sourdough, wine, leather, fruit rot, slight bitterness. Medium-size fragmented wet leaf, not very uniform with some dry stalks. Unique flavor profile, this tastes complex!
