Cuveé Passion Extra Brut. Cork of medium resistance and immediate expansion, uncorking with a generous cloud and no spill. Pretty neck foil with ornamental collar. Unusual pale yellow color of the embossed label in traditional style. Richly toasty nose. Effusive bubbles. Saturated ripe Bartlett pear yellow. Balanced profile with good acidity. Instantly enjoyable. Purchased at Federal Wines in spring 2020 for $54. ⭐⭐
