Xing Ren Xiang AlmondChina, Phoenix Oolong Tea

Medium-sized dark brown leaf with a tannic scent. It must be fairly fragile because there's quite a bit of small pieces. Toasty steam from the first pour and a very pleasant aroma from the infusion that acquires a rosy hue as it darkens. This tea has a lovely taste and it's distinctive and especially expressive as it cools. $6 sample produced 4 infusions.
