Yunnan Golden Tips ImperialChina, Black Tea

A stunner! Bold lightly twisted extra tippy leaf. Beautifully contrasting black and ocher yellow. Scent notes of dark chocolate and cocoa nibs. Immediate rich color, brews fast with an impressive array of aromas. A touch of spoiled fruit, bread mold, a wine-like note that lingers, apricot pit? Warm sidewalk, dry beach pebble, a hint of chamomile, and chalk. Full and luscious, not really sweet, with a slippery mouthfeel. Super smooth and coats the tongue nicely with no astringency whatsoever.
